We require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment or fees may apply. No show appointments may be asked to prepay a deposit before booking another appointment.

A Special Handling Fee may apply for overly anxious or aggressive dogs. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse/stop service on any dog that is a risk to itself or ourselves.

Dogs are to be picked up within 30 minutes of completion notice call/text or fees may apply. Please wait for our completion notice before returning for pickup.

We offer walk in Nail Trimming during regular business hours. Subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Please feel free to call ahead to reserve a time or check availability. We still appreciate and accept scheduled appointments.

15 minutes past your scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Any quote given before the groom is an estimate your groom may be more expensive depending on coat condition & temperament/difficulty to groom.

We cannot always answer the phone as for we are up to our elbows in soap, suds and dog fur. Please leave only 1 message, we will return your call typically within 1 business day. We also receive texts.

All appointments scheduled for evenings (4pm or later), weekends (Saturday's/Sunday's) & stat holidays are subject to a $5 premium on top of your grooming price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long will my dog be?
A: Most Full Groom Appointments take between 1-3 hours depending on your dogs size, temperament & desired haircut. We try our best to work one on one with each pet to ensure they are finished promptly.
Q: What is included in a Full Groom Vs a Bath & Tidy?
A: Bath & Tidy includes: Bath, Blowdry, Brushout, Nail Trimming, Ear cleaning (& plucking upon request), face, feet & sanitary area trimming only. A Full Groom includes all of the above plus a full body haircut. *please note Anal Glands are only performed upon request*

Q: Why are all the timeslots online 2+ hours?

A: Although it does not always take this long we have set the online booking to allow us extra time when required. Once we note your pups breed and or meet your pup we can give a more accurate quote on timing.

Q: How can i book in my cat?
​
A: Please call or text the shop phone at 905-723-1131 and we will direct you to our cat groomer Jamie for booking. We must ensure your cat is booked at a quiet time & with an additional groomer present to ensure your cat has a stress free visit.
